Silvio Berlusconi and Mediaset vs Google

The media holding of the italian Prime Minister and real state tycoon Silvio "Il Cavaliere" Berlusconi, Mediaset, has sued today for 500 million euros the giant of Mountain View, California, Google. Allegedly YouTube offers 4,643 video which its distribution rights belong exclusively to Mediaset. This case is just one of dozens of sues against the video sharing platform that Google bought just a few years ago.
